Tunable White

Tunable White technology provides the ability to dynamically control the correlated color temperature (CCT) of luminaires. Tuning can be accomplished in different ways such as a traditional wired 0-10V analog interface or DALI or via wireless communication. Wireless systems have a significant advantage in that retrofit applications are simple to install as existing wiring is typically untouched. Wireless also has the advantage of portability – accessories such as kinetic switches or sensors can be easily moved around to best meet the needs of the application.

LSI’s Tunable White system is built on a low-power wireless Bluetooth mesh architecture. Wireless digital tuning between 2700K and 6500K provides a comprehensive range of CCTs. While providing tremendous flexibility and easy to use controls, the system also allows the user to be more in sync with nature and promotes overall wellness. Optional smart accessories such as dimmers, motion and daylight harvesting sensors can be used to improve energy savings for faster payback.
