James A. Clark

President and Chief Executive Officer

James A. Clark is the president and chief executive officer of LSI Industries Inc. Jim has served in this position since November 1, 2018 and a Board of Directors member since January 23, 2019.

As CEO, Jim brings strong international senior level operational experience in leading a resolute management team to deliver on the LSI promise to provide innovative lighting technology and solutions to the marketplace. He is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of LSI’s unique and differentiated customer offering.

Jim previously served as President & CEO at Alliance Tire Americas, Inc. and as Managing Director of Dunes Point Capital, LLC. Jim has over 25 years of experience as a senior operating executive in global manufacturing and product services companies. Prior to joining Dunes Point Capital, he served as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Rexel Holdings USA, where he was responsible for the strategic planning and M&A activities for REXEL’s $2.5 billion U.S. operations. Prior to joining REXEL, Jim served in several senior executive positions with United Technologies Corporation, including President of Electronic Security Products Group and Vice President of Global Marketing & Strategy for the Fire and Security division. He also held senior executive positions with Verint Systems, GE Security, and GE’s Industrial Systems Group. Jim served on the Board of Directors for the Security Industry Association, the Open Standards Organization and the board of American Cabling and Communications.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from The State University of New York – Regents and participated in postgraduate study programs at Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Business) and the University of Virginia (Darden School of Business).

James E. Galeese

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

James E. Galeese is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of LSI Industries Inc. Since assuming the position in June, 2017, Jim has led the company’s finance function for the company. In addition, Jim has responsibility for the information technology, risk management, project pricing, and Investor Relations areas. He leads the business planning and review processes, focusing on identifying and executing the key initiatives to drive improved business performance.

Jim has spent the majority of his career in the electrical and electronics industries. He served in senior Finance positions for several multi-national firms including Philips Electronics, and Square D/Schneider Electric. At Philips, his roles included CFO of the North America Consumer Electronics business, and then the North America Lighting business. He was also CFO of Universal Trailer, a Corporate Partners Private Equity portfolio company. Jim’s been successful in executing broad leadership roles in environments incurring rapid change, driving value creation by focusing on forward-looking market requirements, while delivering short-term operating results.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Miami University and an MBA in Management from Xavier University.

Thomas A. Caneris

Executive Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel

Tom Caneris joined LSI in August of 2019 as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and General Counsel. He is responsible for the company’s Human Resources efforts and Legal functions. Prior to joining the company he was Senior Vice President at PharMerica Corporation. Tom has more than 30 years of experience as a practicing attorney and senior advisor in both public and private company settings. Earlier in his career, he served as Commercial Affairs Counsel for AK Steel Corporation. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History and a Juris Doctorate, both from the University of Cincinnati.

Michael A. Prachar

Chief Marketing Officer

Mike Prachar joined LSI in March of 2019 as Vice President, Lighting Products. He was named CMO in December of 2019 and is responsible for the company’s Commercial Marketing, Product Management, Technical Design Services, and Communications and Public Relations functions. Prior to joining LSI, Mike was Senior Director, Global Offering Management for Honeywell. He has held a number of Marketing leadership positions with Milacron, Rexnord Industries, Emerson and Ingersoll Rand. Mike holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Administration (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
