Quick-Ship Products Designed for Smaller-Budget Projects<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Cincinnati, OH, February 20, 2020 \u2013 LSI Industries (NASDAQ: LYTS) said today that it has launched two newly enhanced, high-quality, commercial-grade area lighting solutions.\u00a0 The company\u2019s new SSA (small) and SMA (medium) luminaires are quick-ship products that offer enhanced features and benefits for smaller-budget projects.\u00a0 These modern, durable, attractive fixtures are designed for applications that do not require the highly advanced optics and performance associated with LSI\u2019s premium line of Mirada area lights.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur commercial-grade area lights help us better serve customers who are operating in the entry-level or price sensitive segments,\u201d said Mike Prachar, Chief Marketing Officer of LSI Industries.\u00a0 \u201cThose customers are important to us, and we are excited to offer them a high-quality, turnkey solution that can compete, and win, against virtually anything they\u2019ll find within their specifications.\u201d<\/p>\n

The SSA and SMA use standard, high-quality acrylic lenses.\u00a0 With expanded lumen offerings of 21,000 to 38,000, the new fixtures deliver higher light output compared to similar commercial-grade luminaires currently in the marketplace.\u00a0 In many cases, this can reduce the total number of fixtures required for a project \u2013 driving down both material costs and installation times.\u00a0 High voltage options are also available, eliminating the need for step down transformers.\u00a0 This flexibility allows both products to be used across numerous applications, creating additional opportunities to enhance project efficiencies and control costs.<\/p>\n

With 3000K temperatures available for all configurations, the new fixtures produce high-quality, warmer light for numerous parking lot and walkway applications.\u00a0 Both fixtures can also be configured with sensors that adjust light levels based on occupancy and ambient light availability.\u00a0 In addition, the new products are compliant with DesignLights Consortium (DLC) premium standards, allowing customers to qualify for energy rebates.\u00a0 They are also compliant with California\u2019s Title 24 energy conservation requirements and, when pole mounted, the 3000K versions are International Dark-Sky Association (IDA) compliant.<\/p>\n
