\"JSI<\/a>Today, we are proud to announce that JSI has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Cincinnati-based LSI Industries, a leading manufacturer of non-residential lighting and graphics solutions. Like us, many of their products are sold to grocery stores all across the United States, making this an ideal fit for both companies. By joining our two companies, we will be able to offer you more capabilities and value than ever before.<\/p>\n

LSI is a financially strong company with a seasoned leadership team and talented workforce, as well as a reputation for innovation and excellence in the markets we mutually serve. They are an American company with manufacturing plants in Ohio, Kentucky, North Carolina and Texas, and their products are valued by many of the most recognizable companies in the World.<\/p>\n

It is important to note that the acquisition will not impact the way we conduct business in any way. Be assured that there are no plans to eliminate any JSI jobs or close any of our plants. Our JSI management team, including me, will remain in place, and we will continue using the JSI name and operate just as we do today.<\/p>\n
