The LSI ADAPT team was engaged to manage the installation of a Tecovas storefront in South Florida. The scope included overseeing the delivery and installation of more than 30,000 pounds of millwork, comprising high-end wood shelving, custom cabinetry, decorative wall panels, and ceiling trellises, all within a demanding ten-day schedule that required precise on-site coordination.
When the original project management team failed to meet performance expectations, the contractor turned to LSI ADAPT for support. What was planned as a straightforward installation had devolved into a disorganized and unsafe worksite. Materials were stockpiled chaotically, creating congestion and rendering productive work nearly impossible. With multiple trades, including drywall, tile, cabinetry, millwork, and finish carpentry, still incomplete and only ten days left on the timeline, the project faced severe delays.

The ADAPT team assumed full control of project execution and implemented immediate corrective actions:
By carefully sequencing logistics, staging work, and maintaining continuous oversight, the ADAPT team kept the project moving efficiently under extreme pressure.

Despite the difficult circumstances, LSI ADAPT completed the Tecovas storefront on time, delivering a premium-quality retail space that met Tecovas’ high brand standards. The team’s ability to resolve on-site challenges, restore order, and execute flawlessly earned the trust of both the contractor and Tecovas leadership.
As a direct result of this successful engagement, LSI was awarded a second project with Tecovas — demonstrating the value of ADAPT’s disciplined project management and ability to perform under pressure.
What began as one of the most challenging millwork environments became a showcase for LSI ADAPT’s strengths: rapid mobilization, expert coordination, and full accountability from start to finish.
